New Year’s Eve is a bittersweet day for me. On one end, I’m hopeful and inspired for the year ahead, with its fresh chances to break old habits (being chronically late) and begin new ones (boot camp class). On the other, I’m nostalgic, reflective, and a bit incredulous that yet another 365 days have passed.
